We’re looking for a diligent, organized, and proactive Logistics Specialist to help keep our operations running smoothly. If you enjoy coordinating, problem-solving, and being part of a team that values reliability and service, this could be a great opportunity for you.

📦 What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Coordinate and manage inbound shipments (receiving, inspection, documentation)

  
  


• 
  

  Schedule and oversee outbound deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain inventory control: track stock levels, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies

  
  


• 
  

  Organize warehouse layout and storage to optimize workflow

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with service technicians and installers to fulfill parts and supply needs

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and package orders, label parts, and stage equipment for dispatch

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and manage logistics costs, shipping carriers, and freight operations

  
  


• 
  

  Use software systems and spreadsheets to manage logistics data

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with internal teams (sales, operations, installation crews) and external vendors

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in process improvement and team initiatives to increase efficiency

  
  

✅ What We’re Looking For

  High school diploma or equivalent

  
  


• 
  

  Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory, or supply chain roles

  Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP, inventory systems)

  Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy

  Ability to lift and move materials (physical work when needed)

  Full-time, hourly position (non-exempt)

  Work takes place in a warehouse / distribution environment with occasional exposure to varying temps, noise, and physical activity
