Job Description - Logistics Specialist

To complete our creative and dynamic team in Denver, we are seeking a:

Logistics Specialist (100%)
Starting date: as soon as possible

Your role:

This role will be responsible for all logistics operations at the Denver office, including order preparation, shipping, inventory management, and import/export compliance, requiring a high degree of initiatives and independence. The position reports directly to the Head of US Operations.

What you will own: 

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer and partner orders for safe shipment
  • Manage domestic and international shipments via FedEx and other carriers
  • Handle import/export documentation and procedures in compliance with US regulations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock management
  • Coordinate with the Swiss headquarters regarding shipments and stock levels
  • Ensure cleanliness, order, and safety in the workspace and storage area
  • Continuously improve processes and propose innovative solutions
  • Manage shipments containing lithium batteries in compliance with IATA/DOT regulations
  • Use ERP software (Odoo experience is a plus) for order processing and inventory updates

Your profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse operations
  • Excellent knowledge of US import/export procedures and shipping documentation
  • Strong experience with FedEx systems (domestic and international)
  • Familiarity with handling hazardous materials (especially lithium batteries) is a strong plus
  • Highly independent, reliable, and resourceful — able to manage logistics operations alone
  • Proactive, organized, and innovative mindset
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in another language is a plus
