Logistics Supervisor

• Lead and coordinate daily outbound shipping and yard operations
  

• Monitor truck check-in and loading to reduce wait times and improve dock efficiency
  

• Oversee rail logistics and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely inbound shipments
  

• Utilize SAP or other logistics systems to manage inbound inventory and shipment tracking
  

• Analyze KPIs related to float optimization and wait times to drive performance improvements
  

• Partner with outbound teams to maintain accurate inventory levels and on-site OCC management
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a logistics or warehouse supervisory role, with a focus on outbound operations
  

• Proficiency in ERP or WMS systems (SAP preferred) for inventory and shipment management
  

• Strong understanding of logistics safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting
  

• Demonstrated success in managing change and gaining team alignment
