Requirements

• 3-5 years or more of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  


•  Knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse management systems(WMS), and transportation management systems (TMS).
  


• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
  


• Strong leadership and supervisory skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  


• Ability to delegate tasks, set priorities, and ensure the team meets performance goal.
  


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  


• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders.
  


• Customer service orientation to address inquiries and concern.
  


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address logistical challenges andoptimize processes.
  


• Critical thinking skills to make informed decisions quickly.
  


• Effective organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  


• Attention to detail in managing inventory, shipments, and documentation.
  


• Understanding of local, national, and international regulations related to logistics, transportation, and the storage of goods.

• Relevant certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD), or other industry-  specific certifications.
