SEYSES is an international engineering and construction company specialized in renewable energy, with operations across the United States, Europe, and Latin America. We deliver large-scale photovoltaic (PV) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects worldwide.
We are currently seeking a Logistics Supervisor to support upcoming utility-scale PV and BESS projects in Dallas, Texas.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all logistics activities related to large-scale renewable energy projects. This role ensures efficient material flow, inventory control, transportation coordination, and site logistics planning to support construction timelines.
The position requires strong organizational skills, experience in construction site logistics, and the ability to coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and project management teams.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate material deliveries, storage, and distribution for PV and BESS projects.
Develop and implement site logistics plans aligned with construction schedules.
Manage warehouse operations and inventory control processes.
Coordinate transportation of equipment and materials to site.
Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to prevent delays.
Liaise with suppliers, procurement teams, and construction managers.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site logistics procedures.
Optimize material handling processes to reduce downtime and inefficiencies.
Track and report logistics KPIs and site supply performance.
Support project teams in forecasting material requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in logistics management within construction, infrastructure, or utility-scale energy projects.
Experience supporting PV or BESS projects is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain coordination.
Experience managing site logistics for large-scale projects.
Ability to work on-site in Dallas, Texas.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with U.S. safety standards and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management tools.
Availability for occasional travel depending on project needs.
