Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in multi-family housing units
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and appliances
  

• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure property upkeep
  

• Collaborate with property management to address maintenance requests efficiently
  

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks
  

• Experience in multi-family or affordable housing maintenance is a plus
  

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
