Job Description - Long Reach Excavator Operator

We are seeking an experienced Long Reach Excavator Operator for a direct hire opportunity with a leading commercial marine construction company in Fort Myers, FL

Hours: 45 per week (overtime as required)
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities for Long Reach Excavator Operator:

Safely and efficiently operate a long reach excavator in a marine construction setting.
Conduct routine safety inspections and maintain proper documentation.
Assist with equipment servicing and maintenance as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support project operations.

Requirements for Long Reach Excavator Operator:

Experience operating a long reach excavator (marine construction or dredging experience preferred).
Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and precision.
Dredging experience is a plus.
Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays when required.
Fluent in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
