WorkFit Medical Staffing is currently seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team providing essential long-term care to residents in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities. In this role, you will be a vital part of the caregiving team, assisting residents with daily activities, promoting their independence, and ensuring their comfort and safety.

• Current CNA certification in the state of New York.
• Previous experience in a long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to create a supportive environment for residents.
• Must be compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
