Long Term Care LPN

WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking compassionate and dedicated Skilled Nursing Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in skilled nursing facilities, where your expertise can make a meaningful difference in their quality of life.

As a Skilled Nursing LPN, you will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring patient health, assisting with daily activities, and collaborating with RNs and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New York.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings is preferred.
• Ability to perform assessments, administer medications, and provide basic nursing care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
