Salary Range For Long\-term Care Supervisor: $85,000\-$100,000/yearly
Long\-term Care Supervisor Opportunity:
- Full\-time, direct hire
- Schedule: Monday\-Friday, 8:00 AM â 5:00 PM
- Department: Long\-Term Care
- Some on\-call rotation required
Long\-term Care Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the Director of Nursing and facility leadership to promote safe, efficient care coordination, patient flow, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Foster positive, professional communication with residents, families, physicians, staff, and visitors
- Oversee scheduling, risk management, and administrative operations with the LTC unit
- Manage the nursing department budget and approve invoices related to staffing contracts and operational expenses
Long\-term Care Supervisor Qualification:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 2+ years of long\-term care nursing experience
- 2+ years of nurse leadership or management experience preferred
