Salary Range For Long\-term Care Supervisor: $85,000\-$100,000/yearly

Long\-term Care Supervisor Opportunity:

• Full\-time, direct hire
  


• Schedule: Monday\-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  


• Department: Long\-Term Care
  


• Some on\-call rotation required
  

Long\-term Care Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with the Director of Nursing and facility leadership to promote safe, efficient care coordination, patient flow, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
  


• Foster positive, professional communication with residents, families, physicians, staff, and visitors
  


• Oversee scheduling, risk management, and administrative operations with the LTC unit
  


• Manage the nursing department budget and approve invoices related to staffing contracts and operational expenses
  

Long\-term Care Supervisor Qualification:

• Active RN license
  


• Minimum of 2+ years of long\-term care nursing experience
  


• 2+ years of nurse leadership or management experience preferred
