WorkFit Medical Staffing is looking for dedicated Long Term Care LPNs to join our dynamic team! If you are passionate about providing high-quality nursing care to residents in skilled nursing facilities, we want to hear from you. As a Long Term Care LPN, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate nursing care, supporting daily living activities, and maintaining the well-being of your patients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
• Monitoring patients' vital signs and health status, documenting changes and concerns.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Collaborating with RNs and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educating residents and families on health issues, medications, and ongoing care needs.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment while following all infection control protocols.

• Current LPN license in the state of New York.
• Experience in long-term care- minimum 1 year
• Strong clinical and assessment skills with the ability to recognize and respond to patient needs.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude towards patient care.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
