Job Summary:
Hyundai of North Charleston is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. This is an individual contributor role, where your performance will directly impact your compensation and career growth opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position ranges from $65,000 to $150,000 per year, based on experience and performance. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of Hyundai vehicles
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives with potential customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals while providing exceptional customer service
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitive offerings
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all current inventory and dealership promotions
- Adhere to all dealership policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities
- Proficient with technology and digital platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
