• Pay: Starting at $15.25/hour (based on experience & shift)
• Shifts: Full time/Part time (Full time is typically a 3 days on, 4 days off, working 12 hour shifts)

Responsibilities of a Direct Support Professional

• Support individuals with daily living tasks in their homes and community (Cooking, Cleaning, Bathing etc.)
• Encourage independence and confidence
• Be a trusted friend, advocate, and role model
• Celebrate small victories that make a big difference
• Help create a life filled with purpose, connection, and choice
