Requirements:

• 5-7+ years in loss control or commercial risk management
• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Engineering, or related field
• Industry certifications preferred: CFSP, ARM, CSP, or CRM

• Familiarity with construction safety, NFPA/IBC codes, and OSHA standards

Description:

• Conduct on-site and virtual risk assessments for small commercial and construction clients
• Analyze inland marine risks including equipment and goods in transit
• Manage third-party inspection vendors and validate their reports
• Create detailed loss control reports with risk ratings and documentation
• Develop actionable risk mitigation plans for policyholders
• Collaborate with underwriters, agents, and brokers to guide risk decisions
• Provide expertise on Builders Risk and related exposures
