The Loss Prevention Manager is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing the resort’s Loss Prevention team, safety, security, and guest-service functions. This position will lead and support Loss Prevention Agents (Rangers), help ensure resort rules and safety procedures are followed, respond to guest concerns, review and document incidents, and work closely with resort leadership to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.
This is a primarily evening/night position, so the successful candidate must be comfortable working nights and being the leadership presence for Loss Prevention during those hours. The position will also review day-shift reports and incidents, follow up on safety and security concerns, and ensure appropriate communication between shifts.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Lead, train, coach, and supervise Loss Prevention Agents/Park Rangers.
Work with the Director of Operations to coordinate schedules and staffing.
Provide a visible leadership presence throughout the resort during evening and nighttime hours.
Respond to guest concerns, complaints, and incidents in a professional, guest-friendly manner.
Enforce resort rules and policies while using sound judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
Review and complete reports related to guest or employee injuries, accidents, incidents, and property damage.
Review day-shift Loss Prevention reports and ensure appropriate follow-up.
Conduct regular safety and security inspections of the resort.
Monitor fire safety, emergency preparedness, and general safety procedures.
Ensure Loss Prevention staff are trained in emergency response procedures.
Work closely with resort leadership to address safety, security, and guest-service concerns.
Help create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for our guests and team members.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations or General Manager.
Qualifications:
2+ years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality, resort/campground operations, security, law enforcement, parks, or a related field preferred.
RV resort, campground, security, law enforcement, or hospitality experience highly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations.
Strong customer-service mindset and ability to enforce rules in a guest-friendly manner.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions, particularly during evening and nighttime hours.
Must be comfortable working a primarily night/evening schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Salary: $43,680 per year
