Job Description

Lot Coordinator is a position responsible for managing inventory of vehicles, personal property, and responsible for intake of new vehicles and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

ability to work outside for long periods in all weather

attention to detail

experience in inventory

Responsibilities

Creating itemized property lists

taking pictures using smart phone or tablet

Account for all vehicles and personal effects

Ensuring compliance as it relates to posistion

uploading forms to company database

Monitor and report propery concerns to management

Releasing property to Owners
