LOT ATTENDANT

REPORTS DIRECTLY TO: LEASE MANAGER

SUMMARY:

Looking for full-time lot attendant/personals handler.  The responsibility of the Lot Attendant/Personals Handler is to maintain all personal items that are in vehicles that come into the Auction.  This person will be responsible for bagging and tagging all personal items in each unit, as well as assist the Redemptions Team.

RESPONSIBLE FOR:

1. Bagging all personal items and moving them to the personals room

2. Keeping track of all bagged personals by stock numbers, working with the Redemptions Team to ensure that all personal items are given to owners when they come to collect.

3. Disposing of all personal items that have been abandoned by customers in a timely manner.

4. Ensure that the personals room is always locked and that no one is accessing it.

5. Always maintain a clean and orderly personals room.

6. Helping the Redemption Team take vehicles out to customers when customers are redeeming vehicles.

7. Work well independently as well as a team player.

8. Timely communication with the Redemptions Team pertaining to personals.

9. Performs other duties, as necessary.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Should be highly organized, self-motivated, and      self-disciplined
• Highly customer service orientated
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must possess a valid driver’s license 

ADDITIONAL:

• Bilingual is a plus
• Hours M-F 7:30 am to 4 pm
