Lot Attendant

AC Nelsen RV World in Omaha is currently seeking an individual to fill a Lot Attendant position. This person would be responsible for assisting the service department with various duties such as:

• Assists RV Technicians with transporting trailers to service bays from storage area
• Parks new and used trailers on sales and storage lots
• Assists with trailer deliveries to detect damage and to verify presence of accessories listed on invoice, such as spare tires and radio and stereo equipment.
• Records description of damages and lists missing items on delivery receipt.
• Delivers trailers to new trailer preparation area.
• Assists with detailing and washing of new and used units as needed
• Assists with ground maintenance as needed.

This is a full time position with varying hours up to 40 hours per week. Must be available to work weekends.

The applicant must be able to drive a truck and fifth wheel trailer, forklift, and enjoy working outside in all types of weather. A valid drivers license with acceptable motor vehicle record is required The applicant must be 21 years of age or older due to insurance requirements. This is considered a manual labor position and the applicant must be able to lift up to 75 pounds. The applicant must be able to pass a background check.
