Responsibilities:

• Maintains new and used vehicle inventory, checking in vehicles from transporters and parking them in the lot.
• Driving new and used vehicles on and off-site for fueling, service, or relocation (including out-of-state trips to other BMW dealerships)
• Driving vehicles on and off the showroom floor.
• Attaching battery chargers to vehicles to maintain the vehicles charge,
• Assisting sales consultants with trade-ins and lease returns, removing license plates.
• Growing into a BMW Genius role, supporting clients with: Vehicle features and settings, phone pairing and user profile setup, troubleshooting apps, Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, etc.
• Respond to customer phone inquiries regarding technology and vehicle functions.
• Performs other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Customer Service or Dealership Experience preferred.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Positive attitude.
• Clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.
• Neat and professional. You will be directly customer facing.
