Lot Attendant

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Lot Attendant to help keep our dealership organized, vehicles customer-ready, and our property looking its best. This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in supporting our sales and service teams. 

The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working around vehicles in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and readiness of new and used vehicle inventory


• Wash and clean vehicle interiors and exteriors for display, service, and customer delivery


• Receive incoming vehicles, verify identifying information, and inspect for damage or other concerns


• Park, move, and arrange vehicles throughout the dealership according to management direction and display standards


• Check and maintain vehicle fluids, batteries, and other basic vehicle needs as required


• Install and maintain stock tags, buyer guides, key tags, and other materials


• Assist customers and dealership departments with vehicle transportation, errands, deliveries, and other day-to-day needs


• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean and acceptable driving record


• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles


• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and customer service skills


• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a professional appearance


• Ability to work independently while supporting multiple dealership departments


• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions


• Previous automotive or dealership experience is helpful but not required


• Ability to pass required background and pre-employment screening


• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, and reach for extended periods, as well as lift and carry up to 35–50 pounds when needed
