Lot Attendant / Automotive Porter – Diehl of Moon

Full-Time | Automotive Dealership | Moon Township, PA

Diehl of Moon is looking for a dependable, energetic, and hardworking Lot Attendant / Automotive Porter to join our dealership team in Moon Township, Pennsylvania.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a fast-paced automotive dealership. Previous dealership experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train a reliable candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Lot Attendant Responsibilities

As a Lot Attendant at Diehl of Moon, you will help keep our dealership organized, clean, and ready for customers. Responsibilities include:

  Move and park new and pre-owned vehicles throughout the dealership lot

  
  


• 
  

  Organize vehicle inventory to maintain a clean and professional appearance

  
  


• 
  

  Keep dealership lots, vehicle display areas, and inventory organized

  
  


• 
  

  Retrieve vehicles for customers and dealership personnel

  
  


• 
  

  Assist the sales and service departments with vehicle movement

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare vehicles for customer test drives and deliveries

  
  


• 
  

  Check vehicles for cleanliness and presentation

  
  


• 
  

  Fuel vehicles as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Help remove snow and ice from vehicles during winter weather

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain cleanliness around the dealership lot and exterior areas

  
  


• 
  

  Transport vehicles between dealership locations when necessary

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with dealer trades and vehicle pickups as assigned

  
  


• 
  

  Perform basic vehicle inspections and report visible damage or concerns

  
  


• 
  

  Help ensure vehicles are properly parked, secured, and accounted for

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all dealership safety procedures

  
  


• 
  

  Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers and coworkers

  
  


• 
  

  Perform additional dealership support duties as needed

  
  

Qualifications

  Has a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Previous experience as a Lot Attendant, Automotive Porter, Dealership Porter, Vehicle Porter, Car Washer, Detailer, Valet, Automotive Lot Technician, or Dealership Assistant is a plus, but not required.
