Job Summary

As a Lot Attendant at Carter Myers Automotive, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our customers. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of the dealership lot, assisting with vehicle movement, and supporting the sales and service teams with various operational tasks.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain the display of vehicles on the lot to ensure a clean and professional presentation.
  • Move vehicles to designated areas for sales, service, or delivery.
  • Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any issues to management.
  • Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out processes.
  • Ensure all vehicles are properly tagged and stocked with necessary materials (e.g., window stickers, gas, keys).
  • Support the sales team with test drive preparation and customer service.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the lot and dealership grounds.
  • Perform light detailing or washing of vehicles as needed.
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

 Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Previous experience in automotive or customer service roles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with dealership operations or inventory systems is helpful.
