About the Role

Mercedes-Benz of Rochester is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lot Attendant / Porter to join our team. In this key support role, you'll help ensure our dealership lot is clean, well-organized, and welcoming for our customers. You'll assist with inventory management, vehicle movement, and general lot maintenance—making a strong first impression on behalf of our brand.

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Receive and inspect incoming vehicles, reporting any damage

  
  


• 
  

  Park and stage vehicles for display or service

  
  


• 
  

  Keep the dealership lot clean and organized

  
  


• 
  

  Move vehicles as needed for service appointments or customer delivery

  
  


• 
  

  Support the sales team with vehicle deliveries and pickups

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate vehicle inventory records

  
  


• 
  

  Help ensure all vehicles are secure and properly locked

  
  


• 
  

  Perform additional duties as assigned by management

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent

  
  


• 
  

  Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Able to drive both manual and automatic transmissions

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

  
  


• 
  

  Good time management and organization skills

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  
  


• 
  

  Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  
  


• 
  

  Basic computer skills for inventory and record keeping preferred
