Lot Attendant/Porter

Job Summary:
Loeber Motors, a leading luxury automotive dealership in Lincolnwood, IL, is seeking highly motivated and customer service-oriented individuals to join our team as Service Porters. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry that offers competitive compensation and benefits. As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our campus and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Compensation & Benefits:
The position will have hourly compensation in the range of $16.50 to $19.00 per hour. Full-time candidates will be eligible for a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure dealer premises are kept clean, organized, and free from debris at all times
- Move and park vehicles on the lot as directed
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies to management
- Assist in maintaining the dealership's fleet of loaner vehicles, including cleaning and refueling
- Keep track of vehicle keys and ensure they are returned to the proper personnel
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers on the campus
- Assist in maintaining the appearance of the dealership
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment 
- Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer service or automotive industry preferred
- Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. frequently
