Job Description - Lot Attendant/Yard Tech

Description

Do you enjoy working outdoors and have experience operating heavy machinery—or are you eager to learn? Vermeer All Roads in Charlotte, NC is looking for a Lot Attendant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for organizing and maintaining both company and customer equipment. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with starting pay at $18 per hour. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and be insurable under our company policy.

1. Pressure wash company and customer equipment as needed

2. Maintain accountability of equipment and keys in the lot

3. Help with clean up around the shop and lot

4. Organize lot with forklift, must be able to drive a forklift

5. All other duties as assigned

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Ability to lift, carry, and otherwise transport work-related materials that frequently weigh up to 50 lbs. and that may occasionally weigh in excess of 80 lbs.
