We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Lot Porter / Driver / Detailer to join our operations team.

Position Overview
This position plays a vital support role in dealership operations. The Lot Porter / Driver / Detailer is responsible for transporting motorcycles, maintaining dealership cleanliness and appearance, detailing motorcycles, and supporting the service and sales departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with vehicle transport to and from events, customers, and vendors
Wash, detail, and prep motorcycles for showroom display or customer delivery
Maintain lot and showroom cleanliness and organization
Move motorcycles safely and efficiently between departments
Assist in setup and teardown of dealership events
Provide support to the service, sales, and parts departments as needed
Perform general facility maintenance tasks when required

Requirements

Valid motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record
Ability to safely ride and maneuver Harley-Davidson motorcycles
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
