About the Role

Our Lot Specialists are the backbone of dealership operations, ensuring every vehicle is showroom-ready, the lot is organized, and customers enjoy a seamless experience. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and critical to maintaining the professional image of Toyota of Olympia.

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Vehicle Organization & Lot Management: Arrange and park vehicles to dealership standards, ensuring an appealing, customer-friendly display.

  
  


• 
  

  Vehicle Readiness: Fuel, inspect, and prepare vehicles for test drives and customer delivery. Report cosmetic or mechanical issues promptly.

  
  


• 
  

  Inventory Control: Assist with weekly and monthly inventory counts, track vehicle movements, and ensure accurate lot tagging and pricing.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintenance & Cleanliness: Keep the lot, service drive, and showroom areas clean and professional. Assist with small tasks like trash pickup, sweeping, or snow removal.

  Safety & Compliance: Follow dealership and environmental safety standards at all times.

  Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, service, and management to support daily dealership operations.

Wage

DOE - $2,900 - $3,200 / month  - full time
