RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  
  
  

  Ensure all new and used vehicles are detailed and ready to deliver to customers. 

  
  
  
  
  
  

  Ensure the lot is always clean and free of debris. 

  
  
  
  
  
  

  Ensure that all vehicles are lined up and there are no holes in the inventory on the lot. 

  
  
  
  
  
  

  Identify concerns or damage to vehicles and notify a manager if repairs are needed. 

  
  
  
  
  
  

  Take photos for all new and used vehicles to be uploaded to the dealership website. 

  
  
  
  
  
  

  Create schedule for lot techs to ensure coverage for all sales hours on the dealership. 

  
  
  
  
  
  

  Ensure that new and used vehicles are washed a minimum of twice a week (weather permitting). 

  
  
  
  
  
  

  Ensure you clock in and out for scheduled shifts. 

  
  
  
  
  
  

  Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA regulations and MSDS safety guidelines. 

  
  
  
  
  
  

  Ensure all vehicles are locked before leaving at the end of your scheduled shift. 

  
  
  
  
  
  

  Work together as a team when weather conditions occur that require moving or cleaning off vehicles. 

  
  
  
  
  
  

  Responsible for keeping the detail area, wash bay and car wash areas clean and free of debris. 

  
  
  
  
  
  

  Ensure vehicles on the lot have gas as needed.  

  
  

  Lead other Lot Technicians and team to ensure that all duties are completed as assigned.

  
  
  
  
  
  

  Start vehicles once a week to ensure they are properly charged and there are no dead batteries. 

  
  
  
  
  
  

  Other duties as assigned. 

  
  
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of one year professional detail experience for new/used vehicles


• Ability to follow directions


• Clear and Valid Driver's License


• Ability to follow instructions


• Positive attitude


• Clean driving record


• Willing to submit to a per-employment background check & drug screen


• 18 years of age or older
