Ready to Lead?
Joseph Chevrolet is looking for a dependable, organized, hands-on Lot Tech Manager to take ownership of our new and pre-owned vehicle lots.
This is not just a porter position.
We need someone who can lead the lot team, keep inventory organized, make sure vehicles are ready for customers, and stay ahead of the day-to-day needs of a busy Chevrolet dealership.

What You'll Do
Lead and coordinate the daily activities of our lot technician team
Keep new and pre-owned inventory organized and properly lined up
Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, charged when applicable, and ready for customers
Make sure sold vehicles are staged and ready for delivery
Coordinate vehicle movement between sales, service, detail, and dealership lots
Assist with receiving and organizing new vehicle shipments
Help verify inventory locations and quickly locate vehicles when needed
Monitor lot appearance and make sure dealership grounds stay clean and professional
Identify and report vehicle damage or inventory issues to management
Help maintain proper key control and vehicle security
Train and assist lot technicians with dealership procedures
Help ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time
Assist with snow removal, trash, and general lot maintenance when necessary
Work closely with sales and management to keep dealership operations moving
What We're Looking For
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to lead and motivate a small team
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to safely operate cars, trucks, SUVs, and other dealership vehicles
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Previous dealership, automotive, inventory, porter, or lot experience preferred
Previous leadership experience is a plus
Compensation
$23.00 per hour
This is a leadership position with responsibility for helping keep our vehicle inventory, lot team, and daily dealership operations organized and moving efficiently.
