Lounge Food Runner On Call

As a Food Runner, you will play a vital role in creating an enjoyable dining experience by ensuring food is properly presented and delivered to the correct table. Your positive attitude, attention to detail, and teamwork with Dining Room Attendants and restaurant staff will help keep each shift running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Presentation & Delivery: Ensure dishes leaving the kitchen meet presentation standards and deliver food promptly to the correct tables.


• Menu Knowledge: Attend daily menu classes to learn about dishes and their accompaniments.


• Station Preparation & Stocking: Set up sauces and condiments, fold napkins for plate liners, collect bread and butter from the bake shop, and keep your station fully stocked throughout service.


• Team Support: Work alongside Dining Room Attendants and assist with hosting and dining room duties as needed.


• End-of-Shift Duties: Break down your station, return supplies to their proper locations, wipe down bread trays, and complete related duties as assigned.


• Attendance & Accountability: Maintain regular and prompt attendance, work scheduled shifts and overtime as required, and immediately report any issues clocking in or out to your supervisor.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience or training required.


• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.


• Ability to perform essential job duties satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations as needed.
