Low Voltage Division Director

We are currently seeking a Low Voltage Division Director to join our intentionally collaborative team. In this role, you’ll oversee the operations of the low voltage cabling division of the company — playing a key part in our continued success. If you’re organized, proactive, and excited to work closely with clients to ensure smooth installations and a great client experience, we’d love for you to join our team. This is an on-site opportunity in Reynoldsburg, OH with occasional travel.

You must have current BICSI RCDD certification to be considered for this role.

What You'll Do:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the low voltage department, maintaining customer relationships and department sales

• Manage the low voltage team, including employee development and training

• Oversee the department budget, including project invoicing, procurement, and forecasting of projects in the sales pipeline

• Makes personal sales calls at customer sites on a regular basis, and travel to client sites as necessary to scope projects

• Maintain and publish accurate as-built drawings and cable testing results.

• Seek out prospective customers/business opportunities with new and existing customers

• Serve as an escalation point for technicians and backup for technicians who are sick or unavailable

Skills You'll Need:

• 5+ years in a similar role, including management and technical experience

• Current BICSI RCDD certification

• Strong technical background

• Commitment to top-notch service

• Excellent organization skills with the ability to multitask and handle competing priorities

• Excellent communication skills
