What You'll Be Doing

As a Low Voltage Install Helper, you'll work side by side with a lead installer on active job sites:

• Pull, terminate, and test low-voltage cabling of all standard types


• Assist with the installation of fire alarm, security, CCTV, nurse call, and telecom systems


• Help mount and position devices, panels, and equipment per plans and direction


• Assist with system testing and commissioning during project completion


• Keep job sites clean, organized, and stocked with materials


• Help complete accurate installation documentation and paperwork

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in low voltage, electrical, or a related trade


• Clean driving record (you'll travel to job sites daily)


• Able to read and follow basic installation plans and direction from a lead tech


• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel a plus)


• Dependable, punctual, team-oriented attitude


• Knowledge of fire safety codes is a bonus — we'll continue your training on the job

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, work at heights above 10 feet, work in confined spaces, stand for long periods, and work in hot and cold environments.
