Low-Code/No-Code Solutions Specialist

Heritage Auctions is seeking an adaptable and forward-thinking specialist to implement and support Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) solutions within our digital transformation initiatives. The role focuses on optimizing platforms like Microsoft Power Automate, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Power Apps, with a keen eye on emerging tools and AI technologies. This individual will play a crucial role in driving multiple LCNC projects, ensuring they align with business objectives, meet performance targets, and are delivered on time and within budget. The successful candidate will be committed to fostering innovation by integrating LCNC solutions and exploring new methodologies to enhance business productivity.

LOCATION: This is a Hybrid position and requires one day in the office located South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane 

COMPENSATION: Commensurate with experience

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with project managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to execute LCNC projects, ensuring alignment and integration with ongoing initiatives
• Integrate LCNC solutions with enterprise application suites, including collaboration  with API developers and database engineers
• Identify, design, and implement LCNC solutions that optimize business processes and improve efficiency
• Stay up to date with emerging AI and LCNC technologies, evaluating their potential to drive innovation and streamline operations
• Work with teams to explore, evaluate, and recommend new LCNC platforms and tools, driving continuous improvement in digital capabilities
• Collaborate closely with AI-focused specialists to ensure the seamless integration of AI and LCNC technologies
• Monitor and report on the progress and success of LCNC projects, identifying areas for improvement
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of comprehensive LCNC project documentation and resources for team knowledge-sharing
• Support training and communication efforts to ensure stakeholders and users are well-versed in LCNC solutions and best practices
• Work closely with the LCNC Program Manager to adhere to company and implementation standards

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Foundational understanding of LCNC platforms and eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
• Understanding of APIs, and familiarity with implementation and testing
• Familiarity with enterprise database-driven solutions and the ability to assist in connecting them to LCNC platforms
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams under senior project management guidance
• Ability to manage multiple LCNC projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality
• Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals Certification (PL-900) is a plus
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is a plus
