Job Description - LPA-Supervisor (LPA-S)

Adelphi is seeking a Licensed Psychological Associate Supervisor (LPA-S) to provide independent psychological services and clinical oversight at a residential care facility in Washington County, Texas. The ideal candidate will work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, leading psychological interventions and supervising LPAs as part of an integrated behavioral health team.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Psychology

• Active Texas license as a Licensed Psychological Associate Supervisor (LPA-S)

• At least 3 years of post-licensure experience in psychological services

• Current CPR certification and negative TB test

• Pass background and fingerprint checks

Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations and therapy sessions.

• Develop behavior plans and therapeutic interventions.

• Supervise Licensed Psychological Associates (LPAs).

• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning.

• Provide crisis and trauma-informed care as needed.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Complete required training and orientation sessions.

• Maintain AUA compliance and submit licensure documentation as requested.

• Ensure supervised LPAs meet all professional and compliance standards.

• Secure pre-approval for any services rendered outside of standard hours.

• Uphold documentation and regulatory standards in all service areas.
