LPN

MUST BE IV CERTIFIED

The LPN will provide high level patient care in an Internal Medicine office by measuring and recording vital signs, placing patients in exam rooms, reviewing medical history, preparing patients for exams/procedures, quality chart documentation, stocking exam rooms, and assist in ensuring medication refills and DME supply forms are completed. The LPN will also provide patient care by placing IVs in office, administering medications, processing patient phone calls per practice protocols, instructing patients regarding health care and treatments, and providing health care provider with information pertaining to patients' health status.
