Key Responsibilities:

- Provide basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of a physician

- Assist with patient assessments, including taking vital signs and medical histories

- Administer medications and injections as prescribed

- Support patient education and provide instructions on treatments and medications

- Prepare examination rooms and assist healthcare providers during patient examinations

- Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality

- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team

- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and safety standards

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice and BLS

- Proven experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred

- Strong knowledge of basic nursing principles, procedures, and medical terminology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive patient information with discretion
