LPN

Caring Hearts of Georgia Health Services is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our clients and caregivers in the home care setting.

The LPN will help ensure that clients receive safe, high-quality care by completing supervisory visits, assessing client needs, communicating changes in condition, and providing guidance to personal care aides and certified nursing assistants.

• Current and unrestricted Georgia LPN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and travel to client homes
• Home care, long-term care, geriatric, or private-duty experience preferred
