Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Pineapple House, a premier senior community in Naples, Florida, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As an LPN at Pineapple House, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor and record vital signs of residents

- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Requirements:

- Current LPN license in the state of Florida

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting

 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-  Shift 3 - 11pm

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
