Good Samaritan Hospice is seeking an LPN After Hours for their Roanoke location.

Duties include:

Administer medications and treatment in an accurate and timely manner to residents in accordance with physician's orders
Monitor and document effectiveness of treatment and medication
Always maintain a courteous and professional appearance
Follow facility policy and procedures

Schedule: Monday - Friday 5 PM- 12 AM
