LPN Care Manager

Great Opportunity for a Strong Licensed Practical Nurse!!

AdvisaCare is seeking an experienced, motivated, and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse to be a Care Manager for our beautiful Independent Living Communities on the East Side in the Clinton Twp areas. The Care Manager would be overseeing and Supervising multiple Independent Living Communities in this area.

• Current Michigan License - LPN
• Minimum one (1) year experience
• Updated Tuberculin (TB) test and current CPR certification
• Clear Criminal History/Drug Screen
• Critical thinking, task competence and the ability to think on your feet
• Problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task
