Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Memory Care Department

Location: Grand Villa of Delray Beach East

Job Description:

Grand Villa of Delray Beach East is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our memory care department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility in scheduling while primarily serving as the lead nurse during the hours of 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday, and every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in the memory care unit.

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

- Monitor and document residents' health status and progress.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

- Assist with daily living activities and ensure a safe and supportive environment.

- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications:

- Valid LPN license in the state of Florida.

- Experience in memory care or geriatric nursing preferred.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
