Hours: Monday-Friday Flexible (40hrs)

Our team of dedicated nurses provide medical oversight to people with developmental disabilities.

Job Highlights:
The Licensed Practical Nurse will be clinically competent while delivering care to the people we support while implementing the nursing process of collecting clinical data, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. LPNs will effectively interact with individuals, family members, providers and other health team members while maintaining all standards of professional nursing and become proficient in the use of electronic medical records and electronic MAR.

Qualifications: 

• A NYS Licensed Practical Nurse.
• BLS, fire safety training, and GT feeding training (training will be provided).
• Physical aspects, may include but are not limited to lifting and transferring 
• A valid NYS driver's license and ability to drive and driving record acceptable for agency
• Must be cleared and maintain acceptable record under the NYS OPWDD mandated criminal background check process.
