Summary: National Capital Treatment & Recovery—formerly known as Phoenix House—is a respected nonprofit behavioral health organization with over 60 years of service in the Washington, D.C. region. We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Adult Residential Treatment Program in Arlington, VA.
This role is based in an early recovery & withdrawal management residential setting, where we support adults as they begin their journey toward lasting recovery from substance use disorders. As an LPN on our team, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, person-centered care during one of the most critical phases of treatment. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team—providing medical support, monitoring withdrawal symptoms, administering medications, and helping clients stabilize in a supportive, structured environment.

Pay: $30-$35 an hour- with an opportunity to earn more based on years of experience, degrees, and other applicable qualifications.
This Full-Time position has a set schedule that will go as follows:
Monday-Friday 1pm-9pm
