Join BAYADA and provide one-on-one nursing care to clients in Sparta and surrounding communities. As a trusted and compassionate LPN, you’ll deliver excellent care backed by 24/7 clinical support, personalized training, and a schedule that works for you.

What BAYADA Offers

• $27–32/hour in North Carolina (depending on commitment and shift)


• Full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum commitment of 24 hours/month)


• Daytime and Overnight Shifts


• 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts


• No Weekend Requirement
