Job Description - LPN Home Health Nurse

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Pediatric LPNs to join our team. As a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, you will play a crucial role in caring for children with diverse medical needs. Your compassionate care and clinical expertise will make a meaningful impact on the lives of our young patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes

Assess and monitor patients' conditions, implementing appropriate interventions

Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed

Collaborate with healthcare team members and communicate with families

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Qualifications:

LPN license in FL

Pediatric nursing experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Reliable transportation

CPR certification

Level II Background Screening
