Job Description - LPN Intake Coordinator



Interim HealthCare is currently seeking a full-time LPN Intake Coordinator based out of our South Portland, Maine office. The LPN Intake Coordinator provides a centralized intake and client service function in order to gather pertinent patient/client, clinical and financial information to optimize sales, customer responsiveness and satisfaction, as well as quality care. As the LPN Intake Coordinator for Interim HealthCare®, you’ll be part of a team that is improving lives through the home-based care they provide. This position is an in office position. The LPN Intake Coordinator will work in the South Portland, ME office Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm. If you’re ready for a career that allows you to make a real difference in the lives of others and reap the rewards that come with it, you are made for this!


Hours: Monday-Friday 830am-5pm


$30 - $35 per hour

Requirements of the LPN Intake Coordinator:



  • Current LPN License in the state of Maine

  • Relevant experience in medical services or clinical environment with knowledge of medical terminology, previous intake experience 

  • Associate Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

  • Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and work efficiently with short deadlines

  • Computer proficiency to include current company software

  • One year of intake experience preferred*
