What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Empower: Supervise and support a dedicated evening shift team, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Mentor & Develop:  Coach, train, and inspire staff to excel in their roles and grow in their careers.
• Ensure Exceptional Care: Oversee resident care, medication administration, and respond to concerns with compassion and expertise.
• Be a Key Decision-Maker: Play an active role in hiring, training, performance evaluations, and team development.
• Foster Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, physicians, and staff to ensure seamless communication and the highest standard of care.
• Drive Quality & Compliance: Conduct clinical audits, maintain accurate records, and champion best practices in assisted living care.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• A licensed LPN in South Carolina with a passion for leadership and resident-centered      care.
• At least one year of experience in long-term care—and a strong desire to lead and inspire a team.
• A problem-solver and team builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy skills in EMR and Microsoft Office to keep workflows smooth and efficient.
• A mentor at heart—someone who finds joy in coaching, developing, and bringing out the best in others.
