Job Description - LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Pay Rate: $45/hour
Pay Period: Sunday–Saturday
Pay Schedule: Weekly – Every Thursday via Direct Deposit
Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time

Job Summary:
We’re seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. Under RN supervision, you’ll provide hands-on care, support patient needs, and help ensure the best outcomes in a supportive, professional environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and monitor vital signs
  • Assist with daily living activities and patient comfort
  • Communicate status changes to the care team
  • Follow care plans and infection control protocols
  • Educate patients and families as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

  • Valid LPN license
  • At least 6 months of nursing home or healthcare experience preferred
  • CPR/BLS certification (as needed)
  • Strong communication and clinical skills

  • Completed practical nursing program from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
