What You’ll Do:

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care including medication administration and monitoring vital signs.
• Assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and prevention.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment following infection control standards.

• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
