LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) | FT or PT

We need Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on DAY or NIGHT SHIFT to join our team at Stonespring Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Care in Dayton, OH.

LPN Pay Rate: $28 to $32 Per Hour - (based on LPN licensure and experience)
PLUS we offer additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts!!

Licensed Practical Nurses Will Be Responsible For:

• Providing direct LPN nursing care
• Overseeing the activities of the nursing assistants
• Observing, reporting, and responding to changes in resident condition
• Attending required in-service trainings and educational events

Licensed Practical Nurses Will Need To Have:

• Current Ohio LPN (Licensed Practical nurse) certification
• Strong documentation skills, experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus
• Current Instructor-Led CPR Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
• Solid work history as an LPN with excellent attendance and punctuality
• A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
